Programming Description

This course provides an introduction to the history, styles, appellations, and methods of winemaking in Ontario. Participants have the option to acheive certification from the Ontario Craft Wineries and from the Ontario Wine Appellation Authority (VQA Ontario).

OSAP Eligibility: This course qualifies for OSAP funding as a micro-credential.
