Programming Description

Professional Wine Retail Sales is a practical course designed for anyone entering or currently working in the grape and wine industry who wants to sell with greater confidence, clarity, and professionalism. Rather than relying on scripts, jargon, or one-size-fits-all sales techniques, this course focuses on the real skills that shape successful retail interactions: listening, adaptability, situational awareness, and thoughtful judgment. A central feature of the course is its focus on professional identity. Participants are guided to reflect on their own values, communication style, and strengths, ultimately developing a clear and authentic wine retail persona that integrates knowledge, hospitality, and adaptability.
