Goodman Group’s Non-Profit Leadership Development program provides you with the tools and information you need to successfully lead teams and organizations. Resulted from polling over 600 non-profit organizations on their professional development needs, and tailored to fit a leadership development gap in the non-profit sector.

By the end of this program, participants will be ready to:

Develop strategic planning and effective change management techniques.

Use effective techniques to improve your leadership ability.

Gain key management skills including budgeting and human resources management.

Revitalize the mission, vision, and goals of your organization and effectively execute proposed goals.

The participant will ensure that appropriate fees required for participation in the Goodman Group program are paid in full prior to the opening session. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please note that if you fail to attend, you will be liable for the full Goodman Group program fee. A minimum enrolment number applies to the program to be offered. If the minimum enrolment number has not been reached, a transfer to another Goodman Group Professional Development program or refund will be available.
